His restaurant Lux dag för Dag has been awarded the Price for BEST RESTAURANT in the Kungsholmen district (Stockholm)!

Open 2 years ago « Lux Dag för Dag » was warmly welcome by the inhabitants of the district Lilla Essingen, which have quickly adopted the new "bistrot". Henrik had decided to transform his gourmet restaurant « Lux Stockholm » open 10 years before, into a simple version of « Lux Dag för Dag » (Luxe day after day). « This experience of a new concept in our former premises has been a fun and exciting challenge for all the team» tells Henrik Norström. Here, the dishes are made mainly with local products and we cook with whole animals. No fix menu but a new one « day after day »…
