Un nouveau livre de Bent Stiansen


At the time when he celebrates 20 years’ anniversary of his Olso restaurant Statholdergaarden, Bent Stiansen, Bocuse d’Or 1993, publishes a new book; he has already writen several ones and he loves it!

This time, he travels around Norway to meet his former trainees (both in kitchen and service). It is the occasion to shed light on the specific aspects of different regions, to mention products and recipes which give an up to day vision of today’s Nowegian cooking.

We know Bent’s commitment and a large part of the benefits of the book will finance projects he supports in Burma, Cambodgia, Vietnam and Peru to train young professionnals.
